Ingredients: (One serving)
- 2 sea bass fillets (weighing about 180-200g)
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 3-4 spring onions chopped
- Spring onions
- Handful of fresh basil chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Method:
- Heat oven to Gas Mark 5 or 190C
- Prepare foil parcel by laying foil out and turning up edges
- Add spoonful of olive oil and spread over foil
- Add bass fillets and make sure on top of oil to stop sticking
- Add onions, tomatoes and seasoning
- Bake in foil parcel for about 20 minutes
- Serve with favourite veg
