Tomato and Basil Bass Fillets in Foil Parcel

Ingredients: (One serving)


- 2 sea bass fillets (weighing about 180-200g)


- 5-6 cherry tomatoes cut in half


- 3-4 spring onions chopped


- Spring onions


- Handful of fresh basil chopped


- Salt and pepper


- 1 teaspoon olive oil


Method:



    • Heat oven to Gas Mark 5 or 190C

    • Prepare foil parcel by laying foil out and turning up edges

    • Add spoonful of olive oil and spread over foil

    • Add bass fillets and make sure on top of oil to stop sticking

    • Add onions, tomatoes and seasoning

    • Bake in foil parcel for about 20 minutes

    • Serve with favourite veg
